WordPress Custom Post Type Block Editor Parent Page not showing in Page attributes panel

The solution to this is a lot shorter than the title.

If the parent_item_colon key is set to empty in the custom post type labels variable then Parent Page will not display in the Page attributes panel in the Block Editor.
